Designing and Engineering of your home
The design process starts with an on site visit with an Erbauer professional that will be your primary contact throughout the entire project. During this meeting, a general survey of the building site will be done and a design evaluation completed. Once the design style and general budget expectations are established, we can then move towards contract for the design and engineering phase of your project. After signing on with Erbauer, our designer that best suits the architectural style desired will contact you. After meeting with our designer and expressing your needs and wants they will then start to draft your initial plan. Our professional will then communicate with you via email and fax. Simply view what they have drafted and reply with what you would like adjusted or moved. The design Phase usually takes about two weeks. When plans have been formally accepted by you, we will then engineer the plans as required by code for your location. Engineering for your home usually takes two weeks.
